Created in 2003, we are a supplier and wholesaler of costume jewelery in Paris. Our collections are constantly renewed in order to offer our customers the widest possible choice. What margin can be applied to the products I buy on the site?

We do not impose any suggested retail price on our customers. It all depends on the type of customers you want to target. If you already own a brand, we recommend staying within the same price range. You can also align yourself with your competitors' prices so that you do not have an imbalance with market prices.

Who can buy the products you offer on the website?

Only fashion and beauty professionals can purchase our products at wholesale prices.

Our minimum purchase is €100 excluding taxes.

How to contact us in case of need?

For any urgent request (restocking in store…) we do our best to find a solution and satisfy you. Please note, however, that important periods of the year for merchants (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, September back to school, Christmas, etc.) cause an increase in demand: the earlier you order, the more likely you are to receive your order on time.

How much shipping do I have to pay for my order?

As far as shipping costs are concerned, these vary according to the type of carrier chosen, the place of destination (abroad or in the DOM-TOMs) and the total weight of the order.

What means of payment can I use to pay for my order?

To pay for your order, simply validate your basket and enter your payment information. Once your order has been paid and confirmed, we will start preparing it.

How is my order shipped?

Your orders are directly prepared in our Parisian shop at 131 rue du temple, we send them with external service providers such as Colissimo or Chronopost.

I received my order, but some jewelry is damaged / broken. How to do?

Despite all the precautions taken and our professional deliverers, it may happen that a package has suffered inconvenience. If the package is damaged, you must write reservations to the delivery person (on the delivery note) and take photos. If a product has a defect, you must send us a photo by email (eclatpariscontact@gmail.com) within 3 days of delivery.

How long does it take to open an account with you?

Eclat Paris customer service is responsive to best meet the needs of customers and future customers. After you have completed the account opening request form (company name, SIRET/SIREN, telephone number, etc.), our teams check the compliance of the information and, accordingly, grant an account opening. This verification is done within 2 working days.

My account is still not active. For what ?

The customer service of your Eclat Paris steel jewelry supplier works as quickly as possible to give you access to our platform. If after the 2 working days, your account opening has still not been granted, it means that it does not meet all the conditions mentioned above. If you believe that this refusal is due to an error, you can always contact us directly by email at eclatpariscontact@gmail.com.

Are your collections often renewed?

Do you dropship?

We do not dropship. All payments and purchases are cash, i.e. orders must be paid for at the time of purchase. There is no credit possible.

How to return an item ?

If you wish to return products from your order, you have 7 days to return your order to us for an exchange or a refund. Before making your return, please contact us by email: eclatpariscontact@gmail.com.

The shipping costs are your responsibility and we will ask you to send us the tracking number by email. Once the 7-day period has passed, you can no longer be returned. All returns are made by post:

Warning: It is very important to return the items to us in their original packaging with all the accessories sent. The loss of your package by the postal services is your responsibility and cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.

Are my data protected?

All the personal information that you have provided to us to operate your order or when creating your account will be used exclusively within the framework of our commercial relationship.


Under no circumstances will your information be communicated, shared or sold to third parties.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.

Do you offer samples to test your products?

Unfortunately we do not offer samples, all our products are made of stainless steel. To test them, you must place an order for a minimum amount of €100 excluding taxes on our site.

Are your products guaranteed?

No, our products are not guaranteed in the long term because it all depends on the use and maintenance you give to our jewellery, however if you have a problem with the jewellery, please let us know by email (eclatpariscontact@ gmail.com) or by Whatsapp with photos.
