Deliveries and Returns

We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union and internationally without any limits.
For all orders made outside France, delivery times may be slightly modified depending on their destination.
For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay customs fees, according to the legislation in force in his country of destination.
Delivery in Metropolitan France:
Standard delivery costs in Metropolitan France are €15 by chronopost (orders placed before noon are dispatched during the day and delivered the next day before 1 p.m.) and €10 by colissomo
Delays caused by delivery services are not our fault. If the deadlines for your delivery are not respected by the delivery services, despite our goodwill, the delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.
Delivery outside Metropolitan France:
The delivery costs in the DOM TOM by colissimo are 20€. For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, delivery times are likely to be a little longer. If the deadlines for your delivery are not respected by the delivery services despite our goodwill, the delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment, but may take 2 to 4 days, unless specified on the site in the event of exceptional closure where deliveries will be deferred. The standard shipping method is “Colissimo”. For deliveries abroad, the shipping method is “International Colissimo” with tracking number. Customs fees and taxes of all kinds which do not appear in the total price and which are the responsibility of the buyer, may be requested.
Any errors in the information transmitted by the Customer when placing the order (eg address details of the recipient) cannot under any circumstances be the responsibility of ECLAT in the event of non-delivery of the goods. In the event of a failure attributable to the carrier (eg damage observed on the package), the customer is required to make reservations and to file a complaint with the post office within 2 days of receipt of the order. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
If the Customer has placed several orders on the same day, ECLAT would be obliged to charge the shipping costs for each of the orders. This is why the Customer is advised to inform ECLAT as soon as possible of his wish to combine his orders into one to benefit from a single amount of shipping costs.



RETURNS


ECLAT does not carry out standard exchanges. From the date of receipt of his order, the Customer has a period of 14 days to return his item(s). After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to be compliant and accepted by the Customer. Therefore ECLAT may reserve the right to refuse the return and the refund. For any complaint, the Customer is invited to contact SARL MAYBIJOU by going to the “Contact” page of the www.eclatparis.com website.
Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of ECLAT. In the absence of a return agreement, the goods will be returned to the Customer, at his expense. The item that the Customer wishes to return must be returned in its original packaging, not having been worn or used and must be accompanied by an explanatory letter mentioning the order number, as well as the Customer's full contact details for the refund. . The customer must send his item(s) to the following address (the amount of the return postage remains the responsibility of the Customer):

Upon receipt, a quality control will be carried out on the goods received. No used item or item that has been damaged by the customer may be subject to any refund. Reimbursement of sums paid is made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the item, excluding shipping costs and any taxes related to this return.

The costs and risks of the return are always the responsibility of the Customer.


Regarding home delivery, if the package is returned to SARL MAYBIJOU for whatever reason, SARL MAYBIJOU reserves the right to reimburse only the products excluding delivery costs.
